The cost of a web site will vary
from project to project. I look forward to building sites for
people such as sole traders and small businesses, as well as
voluntary sector organisations, charities, and campaigning groups. |

I will charge £150 for
building a single page entry level sight, and £250 for
a site with a simple navigation bar linking to a few pages.
All my fees include the costs of setting up the site and registering
your domain name for you (if required). The time taken to set
up a site this size could be between a week and a month. I would
bill you for this on completion. |

A more complex site which requires
more development, design and meeting time would cost between
£500 and £1,000. Such a site would have more complex
navigation and typically would be developed over a few months.
It would require more meeting time and testing time, have more
design elements, and need more negotiation to ensure that your
needs have been met. The site you are looking at is a good marker
of this sort of size. In this case I would stagger my fees,
with half paid once we have agreed the basic design and layout
for the site, and the balance billed to you when the site is
completed to your satisfaction. |

A major project lasting several
months to a year could cost between £2,000 to £5,000.
This is a site which will grow into hundreds of pages such
as marklazarowicz.org.uk.
This site has several main sections with sub sections, each
of which has grown over the eighteen months that the site
has been live. Indeed the site continues to evolve and mature.
This is a large public site with an architecture which reflects
Mark's many and varied activities since he entered the Westminster
Parliament in 2001. My fees would be staggered by agreement.
